He believed that the success of this company is due to the customer service and having a one on one approach to customers.  Unlike the so called "box" stores, (Where you go to purchase items with zero to little customer support or service)  the employees of Midwest Sewing all have the attitude that we must treat the customer as we want to be treated.  We service everything we sell, and also service most brands of sewing machines and vacuums.  We all pride ourselves on the belief that "The bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of a cheap price is forgotten".  We sell quality merchandise and are proud of all that we sell.
