About UsMidwest Sewing & Vacuum Center has been in business for over 56 years. We believe that when a company sells a product, they should back that product totally, something the public cannot get from discount stores or the internet. We have a saying hanging in our office, "the bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of a cheap price is forgotten." This same sign hung in my father's office at Midwest for 56 years.
About Use: Troy Heinrich -Mary and I are the owners of Midwest Sewing & Vacuum. I have worked for Midwest for over 35 years. I have also worked for Bernina of America for two years as a service tech. I have traveled the USA teaching dealers how to service all the Bernina sewing machines. I am very knowledgeable about all kinds of sewing machines. I am software certified for the Artista software. He is also certified technician, comfortable with working on Bernina, Babylock, Janome, & Happy sewing machine. Mary Heinrich - 1996. Office Manager and general of all tasks no one else wants to do Dodie Turnquist -sales-is a knowledgeable, helpful young woman whose goal is to inform the customer of our products quality Becky Holzmeister - Sales- is a knowledgeable, woman who knows a lot about sewing, quilting and a lot about embroidery too and loves all the products we sell. Sewing & Vacuum Service Abe Holzmeister 1990... Abe has been with Midwest for a very long time...one of the most knowledgeable and experienced vacuum techs in the state.
